1. Booking Cancellations by Participants

1.1 Cancellations made by participants at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.

1.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by 2003Tourism

2.1 In the event of adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons that may require us to cancel a tour, we reserve the right to do so.

2.2 In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for an alternative date.

3. Failure to Participate

3.1 If a participant fails to participate in a booked tour without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For credit card transactions, please allow 2 - 7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4.2 For cash transactions, refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment or an alternative agreed upon by both parties.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1 Participants may request changes to their booking details, such as the date or time of the tour, subject to availability.

5.2 Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled tour may be subject to additional charges.
